What is a remortgage and why do it?
A Remortgage is the process of paying off one mortgage with the proceeds from a new mortgage, using the same property as security. The new mortgage deal can be with your existing lender or with a different provider.
There can be a number of reasons people want to remortgage, for example:

Our experience
We have over 20 years experience in handling volume remortgage conveyancing and separate representation services for a number of major lenders in the business finance and secured lending markets. We were among the first legal companies to deliver volume remortgage services to the lending sector in 1996 and we are one of the few original service providers remaining in this sector.
